The management team has extensive experience and a proven track record in fund management, compliance, as well as asset and property management in Singapore and the region. A number of the management members are real estate specialists with strong credentials and investment experience.
Mr Chui joined the Manager on 24 March 2017 as CEO and Executive Director. He reports to the Board and is responsible for achieving CIT’s fiduciary duties to Unitholders as well as managing major stakeholder relationships. His key responsibilities include setting the strategic objectives for CIT alongside the Board as well as driving the overall business plan execution with the support of the management team.
Prior to joining the Manager, Mr. Chui most recently ran both the South East Asia real estate advisory division and the Singapore corporate banking division of Standard Chartered Bank (“SCB”). Before SCB, Mr. Chui was the Director of Real Estate, Lodging and Leisure Group at UBS Investment Bank’s Singapore office, where he headed a team involved in structuring and listing of REITs, property company IPOs and launching of private equity real estate funds for Southeast Asia. His past work experience also includes a stint at Morgan Stanley Asia (Singapore) Securities Pte Ltd, where he was the lead property research analyst responsible for the preparation, financial analysis, valuation and stock recommendations of listed REITs, property companies (including pre- deal research reports of IPO candidates) in Singapore and Hong Kong. Prior to his years in banking, he was with CapitaCommercial Trust Management Limited and was one of the pioneer management team members of Ascendas-MGM Funds Management Ltd (“now known as Ascendas Funds Management Limited), the Manager of Ascendas Real Estate Investment Trust.

Mr. Hagan joined the CIT Manager in January 2016 as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. He reports to the CEO and oversees the financial and operational aspects of the Manager, as well as works alongside the Board and Chief Executive Officer to drive and execute the Manager's strategy for CIT. Shane has over 20 years' experience working for real estate entities, across New Zealand, Australia and Singapore.CLOSE
Ms Tan joined the CIT Manager in February 2009 and was appointed as Head of Real Estate in February 2011. She reports to the CEO and formulates strategic plans to maximise the returns of CIT's assets. She oversees the investments, asset management, property management and leasing departments. She has over 20 years of experience in the real estate and asset management industry in Singapore.
Prior to joining the Manager, Ms Tan was the Fund Manager of MacarthurCook Industrial REIT. She also held management positions in a number of established real estate firms, including Far East Organisation and City Developments Limited.
Ms Tan holds a Bachelor of Science (Estate Management) from the National University of Singapore and a Graduate Diploma in Marketing from the Marketing Institute of Singapore.CLOSE
LOY YORK YING
Ms Loy joined the CIT Manager in June 2014 as Head of Compliance. She reports to the CEO and is responsible for all internal and external compliance requirements for the Trust, the Manager and all other related companies of the Manager. She has over 10 years of experience in regulatory and compliance requirements in the financial services industry.
Prior to joining the Manager, Ms Loy was the Head of Regulatory Advisory and Policy, Compliance in Maybank Singapore and was responsible for the oversight and management of all compliance-related requirements of Singapore branch. Prior to that, she also managed portfolio and provided financial advisory services to high net-worth individuals with DBS Bank Ltd and UOB Ltd.
Ms Loy holds a Bachelor of Business (Banking) from Nanyang Technological University. She also holds the Institute of Banking and Finance Advanced, Compliance (Banking) Certification.CLOSE
Ms. Arabadjieva joined the CIT Manager in August 2015 as Head of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications. She reports to the CEO and will oversee the full communications portfolio of the Manager which includes investor and media relations, as well as stakeholder engagement. She is an experienced investor relations and communications professional with over 15 years' experience in Asia.
Elena Arabadjieva joins CITM from Genting Singapore, one of Singapore's largest public-listed companies, where she was most recently the Director of Investor Relations and oversaw the relationship with more than 20 analysts as well as more than 1000 active institutional investors. Her previous track record also includes Suntec Singapore International Convention and Exhibition Centre, where she was the Director of Marketing and Communications and winner of multiple awards for innovative marketing campaigns.
Elena has a Masters' Degree of Architecture from the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy (Bulgaria) and an MBA from INSEAD (France/Singapore).CLOSE
